2) Download .dll file : On this case I will download api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll file from the given link - https://www.dll-files.com/api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll.html .

 You can download your .dll file from this given link - https://www.dll-files.com/ just search dll file name on this website these files are free and reliable. Download both api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll download for windows 7/8/8.1/10 32-bit and 64-bit file.

3) Extract and  place them in proper location : First extract 64 bit file and place it on this location on your computer C:\Windows\System32 [Note : C:\ is my system derive ]. 

Now extract 32 bit file and place it on this location on your C:\Windows\SysWOW64.

[ Important : Do not extract both dll file (64 bit and 32 bit) at same time. If you doing that one of the dll file name going to change like api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll become api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll(1) ]

4) Download windows-7 service-pack-1 : Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) 32-bit & 64-bit (KB976932) is make your Windows 7 completely up to date, recover all corrupted files, provides enhanced security, stability, and performance. 

It is approximately 903.2 MB for 64 bit user and 537.8 MB for 32 bit user. It takes about 30 minutes to install and you will need to restart your computer after installation complete. 

You can download it absolutely free on Microsoft Official link - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842 . After download complete install it.

5) Download Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 : Now download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64 bit or 32 bit which prefer your computer. In my case it was 64 bit)

Again restart your computer and I wish now you can RUN your software and problem was gone.
